1. Are you a manufacture or trading company?

Re: We are a factory of electronics products like kids camera, smart wearable, but we also have one product development team, they join the exhibitions to find some products that can be gifts for customers.

2. Can I add my logo on the product?

Re: Yes, this can be negotiated.

Two methods: one is silk print , the other is laser print.

Our design team will recommend which method suit for you according to your needs, budgets.

3. Do you accept OEM order?

Re: Yes, we do. If you have your own design team, we can make a mould to produce your product.

If you don't have existing design, we can talk together about details and make it come true.

4. Can you send the goods to my shipping agent in China ?

Re: Yes, please kindly contact with your agent in advance and then send us the detailed address.

5. Can you ship my goods to Amazon FBA warehouse ?

Re: Yes, we can, please send us the SKU label and Amazon outside carton label.

6. What about if we receive the defective goods?

Re: Please kindly provide the pictures or videos, we will send you the replacement for free after confirmation from after-sales team.
